These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and use of Studio Snaps. By making a booking or using the studio, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About Studio Snaps

Studio Snaps is a photography studio based in Cambridge, UK, offering studio hire and related creative services.

2. Bookings

  • All studio bookings must be made in advance via the Studio Snaps website or approved booking system.

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

  • The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all attendees comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are listed on the website and may be subject to change.

  • Any additional services, equipment hire or extended time must be paid for separately.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start time may be rescheduled subject to availability or a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable. Booking can be rescheduled if made within 24 hours of booking date and time.

  • If you are late, your booking time will not change. If you need extra time, contact us asap to see if we have the availbility.

5. Use of the studio

  • The studio must be used only for its intended purpose.

  • You are responsible for the behaviour and safety of all attendees during your booking.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • The studio is a working creative space and may contain equipment that requires care.

6. Equipment, props and furniture

  • Studio equipment, props and furniture are provided for use during your booking unless stated otherwise.

  • All items must be returned to their original position before the end of your session.

  • Any damage, breakage or loss must be reported immediately.

  • You may be charged for repair or replacement of damaged items.

7. Health and safety

  • You agree to follow all health and safety guidance provided in the studio.

  • Studio Snaps is not responsible for injury or loss resulting from misuse of the space or equipment.

  • Any accidents or hazards must be reported as soon as possible.

8. Cleaning and care

  • Please leave the studio in a clean and tidy condition.

  • Excessive mess, damage or failure to reset the space may result in an additional cleaning fee.

9. Photography and content usage

  • You are responsible for obtaining permission from anyone you photograph or film in the studio.

  • Studio Snaps is not responsible for how images or content created in the studio are used.

10. Liability

  • Studio Snaps accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.

  • Use of the studio is at your own risk.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

11. Right to refuse bookings

Studio Snaps reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if the studio is misused, unsafe behaviour occurs or these Terms and Conditions are breached.

12. Changes to these terms

Studio Snaps may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

13. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
