It’s a fully self check-in space. Just grab the key from the lockbox on the wall and you’re good to go. Whether you're shooting a brand campaign, a portrait session, or just need a clean space to make content, we’re here to make it easy (and fun). Book our Christmas Styled Set…
We will be adding a cream curtain backdrop, an extra Christmas tree and a few more festive touches to make it feel even more magical.
There will be a selection of accessories and props left out on the side, so when you book you can move things around and make the set completely your own. Equipment hire is still available for bookings if you require lighting or tripods etc.

Self Check-in
We’ve made it super easy for you! Simply use the code provided to unlock the lockbox and grab the keys. Then, let yourself in and make yourself at home!
Temperature Control
Adjust the studio temperature to your comfort with the 2-in-1 heater, which also features air conditioning for your convenience.
Dressing Corner
A fully equipped dressing area with a salon-like setup for hair and makeup, plus a privacy screen for you to change behind, ensuring comfort and convenience.
Speaker
Set the mood with our Alexa speaker. Play your favorite radio station or connect via Bluetooth to enjoy your own personal playlist.
Equipment
Our studio is equipped with a range of extras, including professional lighting, a white backdrop, microphones and more. A full list can be found on our equipment page.
Complimentary Refreshments
Enjoy complimentary tea and coffee in our kitchen, along with a fridge stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks.

Is there parking at the studio?
Grafton East car park is located at the Grafton shopping centre, about a 2 minute walk from the Studio Snaps.

What if i need to cancel my session?
No stress if you need to cancel your session! Just let us know at least 12 hours in advance, and we’ll happily issue a full refund. If it's less than 12 hours, no worries—we can help you reschedule for another time that works better. We’ve got you covered!
How do i gain access to the studio?
When you arrive at the studio, look for the lockbox on the wall. The code will be in your session confirmation email—use that to unlock the box, grab the keys, and you’re all set to kick off your session! Easy peasy!
Do i have to pay extra for bringing other people?
No extra charges for bringing more people! We totally get that making your vision come to life often takes a team. Feel free to bring along makeup artists, hairdressers, models, friends—whoever you need! We just ask that the crew stays under 10 people to keep things running smoothly.
